We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice or explanation, if we believe that your conduct violates these Terms, infringes on the rights of others, or is otherwise harmful to the Services, our users, or our interests. In the event of account termination due to a violation of the Content Neutrality Policy, any active paid features or balances may be forfeited without refund.

4. Marketplace Rules

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You must not list illegal goods, weapons, narcotics, stolen items, or counterfeit products. Nozhove.com is a secular and non-political platform.

5. Content Neutrality & Moderation

To maintain a focused and safe environment for all users, we enforce a strict Neutrality Policy. The following types of content are prohibited and may be removed at our sole discretion without prior notice or explanation:

All payments are final and non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions. By paying, you agree to our Crypto Payment Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for blockchain network issues, third-party failures, or unauthorized access to your content. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
